Production Time
All Laura Zindel ceramic products are made to order in our Vermont studio. Because our work is made by hand, orders typically take 1-3 weeks to ship depending on the quantity and type of items ordered. We appreciate you patience and understanding of our process and the time that it takes to make your order.

Shipping Information
All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via the best available shipping option with either UPS or USPS. Your package should arrive 3-7 business days from date of shipment. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO or APO addresses. If you indicate shipping to a PO Box, the package will be shipped via USPS. The day that your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation and tracking number from the carrier to your email address.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact customer service within 24 hours by email or call our studio.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be applied to orders placed only within the state of Vermont.
If your Order is a Gift
We do not offer gift wrapping, but we will be happy to include a card with a personal inscription from you. Please add your gift message in the comments section at check out. Your order confirmation is your receipt of purchase. A receipt of purchase will not be include in your box.
Liability
All orders will be carefully packaged and insured, however we are not responsible for theft or damage to packages once delivered or if the shipping address you provided is an incorrect address.
If you do not want a package left at your door you must contact us when you place your order to require a signature for delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Because of the size and weight of our work, we do not offer overnight, 2-day, or weekend deliveries. Please contact us if you need to expedite your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
International Shipping
Regrettably, we do not ship to international destinations for online orders.
